Class Descriptions

All Levels Vinyasa

Vinyasa means to link movement to breath, also referred to as ‘Flow Yoga’. In a vinyasa class you will explore many of the traditional yoga postures as you flow from one to another in order to prepare the body for deeper openings with the guidance of your teacher.  An All Levels Vinyasa is a class where the teachers cater to the students needs from offering assistance and modifications to offering advancement in the postures

Yogilates

A combination of Yoga (see above) and Pilates: A movement-based exercise performed in a controlled, strong, precise manner to connect mind, body and breath, strengthening the core and improving the body and its overall functions and wellbeing.

Relax and Unwind

Relax and Unwind with Judi is a creative, yet slower paced vinyasa yoga class with some restorative poses included toward the end.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is focused on the connective tissue in order to create suppleness in the joints. This is a gentle yet deep stretching experience.

Restorative Yoga

Postures are practiced on props in order to provide effortless yoga to those in need of deep relaxation. It’s a fabulous addition to a stronger regular practice, any athletes weekly regimen, and a beautiful place for those in a place of healing, for any reason, to restore balance in mind and body

Gentle Stretch

Focus on flexibility with gentle stretching, in time improving muscle tone and building strength within your yoga practice and daily lives. This class is a gentle yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities.

 

Gentle Beginner Vinyasa

A warm and welcoming class that will provide you support and guidance as you move through a vinyasa yoga class working with movement and breath together.  This class is a gentle yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities.
