Yoga is a tool that helps me navigate through life with more love, joy, and understanding. Practicing awareness of the breath, alignment in physical postures, and the connection between the two helps sharpen that tool, leading me closer to the union of mind, body spirit. I’ve taken a few in depth trainings including trauma sensitive yoga, sensory awareness, and inner engineering to help serve you and the community the best of my ability. I am also a Reiki practitioner and love to spread awareness on how healing Reiki can be.
What to expect in my class
When you find yourself on your mat in one of my classes, I hope my guidance leads you through alleviating the tight places in the body and the mind, even just a little bit. I hope you step off your mat more in tune with yourself. I hope you what you’ve learned on your mat gets carried with you throughout your day, week, year, and life. And I certainly hope to see you again and again!
