Stephanie Temple, 200-hr CYT, dove into her yoga practice in 2011. Originally from Fairbanks, Alaska, she attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham where she began her self practice with the intention of increasing mobility and decreasing muscle soreness. She began with online videos, eventually expanding into group and studio settings. This is when her real practice began. She found that she was able to deepen her practice by letting go of her thoughts, enhancing her awareness, opening her mind, and tuning into her soul. The mental practice began. Finding the mind to body connection is a never ending process; Stephanie is dedicated to deepening that side of her practice not only within herself, but for others in the community. She believes that yoga is an art, a science, and a practice. No matter your skill level, she will tailor your practice allowing you to tune into your needs. She whole-heartedly trusts that your body knows what it requires. Her goal is to help you listen to that inner voice so that you will not only grow as a yogi on your mat but also take what you have learned and apply it to be able to find peace and relaxation in the midst of a busy life.
