Michele has been practicing yoga for over 14 years. She received her (RYT 200) Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour training in June of 2012 from Riverflow Yoga. She continues to be a student as well as a teacher attending weekly classes and numerous workshops. Michele offers an all levels Vinyasa style yoga that combines modifications of poses, movement with breathe, and a bit of humor.
Off the mat you will find her spending time with her family, in the White Mountains skiing, snowshoeing in the winter, and when the weather turns warm playing golf, kayaking, riding with her husband on his Harley or relaxing with her yellow lab Elsie.
