I have had a regular yoga practice since 2007, and was originally drawn to the practice for the exercise benefits . As my yoga journey continued, I was drawn to the meditative aspect of linking breath with movement. I became calmer, more centered and grounded, and my blood pressure lowered; I experienced an overall sense of well being. I love that yoga is accessible to people of all ages and body types and can be practiced throughout one's life. I completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Riverflow Yoga in 2013 in order to share my love of yoga with others. Hope to see you in class!
